Log: | Ferment for 7 - 9 days in my V-vessel fermenter Transfer to glass carboy to settle out for 3 - 5 days (try to cool it outside for the last days to get suspended yeast to fall out). Keg under 10 lbs of CO2. |

Tasting: | I've made this recipe a couple of other times and it has proven to be a very good summer "workhorse" recipe. Easy drinking with a good hop punch (but nothing crazy). I have made this recipe with Tomahawk, Chinook, Galena or Nugget hops. During the hops shortage to 2007/2008 you have to be creative with any high alpha hop variety. |
