Log: | Kept for 2 weeks in the fermentor, then bulk primed, regridgerated at 4°C for 4 weeks, left at room temperature for 2 weeks to prime. | |||||||

Tasting: | This beer was a cracker. Sweet, strong, dark malty goodness after 2 weeks of priming, can only get better. Planned to swap 6 longnecks for some home preserved olives a friend gave me, but it's so good might have to rethink that. |
