Mash: 70% efficiency
Single infusion 1.5 qts/lb @ 152*F for 80 min. Batch sparge to make 8 gallons wort
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 8 gallons
Irish Moss @ 15 min
Hops: 1 oz. Santiam (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Santiam (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Sterling (5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Sterling (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Sazz Dry hop (aroma)
Yeast: s-23 saflager, Wyeast 2278 or WLP 800/802 Primary 50-55*F
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.07 oz. for 6.25 gallons @ 60°F
