Light Winter Blonde Half Boil/Half Batch
I downsize all my recipes by about 50% of the 60 minute/5 gal. "standard"...lighter containers (I had rotator cuff surgery, both shoulders)...and less time involved with preparing the wort. Therefore, I use high-alpha acid hops. Each batch yeilds about 16 pints.
