Yeast: | mix of WLP 500 trappist ale and california ale WLP 051 preferablly from a secondary fermentation of another beer. | |||||||
Log: | brewed on posting date, went to secondary one week later transfered 5 gallons to a third fermentation and the other five to bottles with 1/2 cup cane sugar on 7/19/09 |
