Add the 1 lb of wheat dme, the 2 lbs of the light dme, 8 oz malt dextrine, and 4.5 oz of corn sugar at the beginning of the boil. At the last 15 min add .25 tsp ground coriander, 1 fresh lemon peel, .5 oz of sweet orange peel, and .5 tsp of crushed grains of paradise. The at the last 10 min of the boil add the jar of light LME. | ||||||||
