Wonderful fusion of two favorite recipes, a great old Wee Heavy Scottish Ale recipe and a wonderful Witbeir culminating in a Big, Bold Fantastically Fanciful Wee Heavy Scottish Ale with a light and refreshing quality. Just be careful, because this Witbeir is one that can really leave you "Lost in the Highlands! ENJOY!!!

Steep: | �Steep the flaked oats & wheat for 20 minutes in 1.5 gallons of H2O at 152.0 F, then sparge with 0.5 gallons at 160.0 F. �Add 4.0 gallons of water and bring to boil then flameout, add wheat and amber malt extracts and stir until dissolved well, then bring to boil. | |||||||

Add 1.0 oz. Willamette hops and boil for 60 mins. At 15 minutes add 1.0 oz. Cascade hops, 1.0 oz. Corriander, and 1.0 oz. Sweet Orange peel and 1 teaspoon Irish moss. | ||||||||
