Texas State Amarillo
I added that you can dry hop with an additional 1 oz. of Amarillo so that will be 4 oz. total. It really is a beautiful hop to profile and will impress avid beer geeks. It will all settle out in the secondary, so don't worry about adding it straight into carboy.
