Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. Belgian aromatic
.5 lb. Belgian biscuit
.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
1 lb. Flaked wheat
8 lb. Belgian Pilsner
Mash: 65% efficiency
Strike temp - 137. Hold at 122 for 15 min (use minimal amount of water)

Add 160 water until temp holds at 149. Hold for 80 min.

Add 175 water, mash out for 10 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.035 7 gallons
coriander, orange peel, small amount of cloves, perhaps?
Hops: .5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WL Belgian Golden Ale Yeast with a starter made two days prior to brewing.
