Mashed at 67°C for an hour and sparged with 82°C water until we had about 25.5L in the boil kettle. During the sparge, we added 14 gr Fuggles (4.7%AA) whole hops as a First Wort Hopping | ||||||||

At the start of the boil, 28 gr Fuggles were added as the main bittering charge. 60 minute boil, and the next hop addition of 14 gr Fuggles was made at 5 minutes left. | ||||||||
