Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. American Vienna
.5 lb. British Munich
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.055 7 gallons
Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. fuggle (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1056
Log: After 8 days in primary rack to secondary and add 1 ounce of goldings to the secondary. After 4 days in secondary place secondary into refrigerator for 5 days at 35 degrees. Warm secondary for one day then bottle. Condition for 4 weeks. Ready to drink, Cheers!
