Water: Added 1 TBLSP kosher salt to mash water and sparge water.
Grain: 6 lb. German Pilsner
4 lb. German Vienna
3 lb. German Munich
1 lb. CaraMunich
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in w 6 gallons water.
Mash @ 151F for 45 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 7.5 gallons
Hops: 1.65 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.8% AA, 60 min.)
0.55 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.8% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: US Saflager 23 Dry Lager Yeast - 2 packets, rehydrated
