3 lb. Wheat malt
8 oz. Gambrinus Honey malt 20L
Mash: 63% efficiency
1.5 hours at 147F, batch sparge 10 min at 180 F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 3 gallons
10 oz. Honey (flameout)
Whirlfloc & wyeast yeast nutrient at 15 minutes
Hops: .25 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 15 min.)
.75 oz. Chamomile (15 min.)
.4 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Chamomile (aroma)
.85 oz. Lemon Peel (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056
