I am making this single hop IPA for the second time. It has typical Cascade citrus aroma and flavor. Clean woody finish taste.

Log: | Last brewed 9/24/10. Racked to secondary 10/4. Bottled with 5/8 cup table sugar for carbonation on 10/15. Fermentation temps 65-70 F | |||||||
Carbonation: | 5/8 cup table sugar. Ready in about 3 weeks in basement at about 55-60 deg F | |||||||
Tasting: | Am brewing again with no changes. Taste noted above. |
