153F for 60 min, 1 gal decoction to mash out. Sparge with 170F to collect 7.5 gal.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 7.5 gallons
1 lb. Brown sugar
Hops: .25 oz. Amarillo (7.2% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Warrior (12.2% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Amarillo (7.2% AA, 45 min.)
