A light ALe For Summertime (or anytime)

Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.101 3.0 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Light malt extract
2.0 lb. Rice extract
Malto dextrin 8 ounces, 1 ounce Irish Moss @ 15 mins.
Hops: 0.5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 45 min.)
0.5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast American Ale
Log: Ferment at 68° for 5-7 days. Transfer to secondary and ferment another 5-7 days.
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 9.27 oz. for 5.5 gallons @ 68°F
9.3 oz= 1.2 Cups
