Yeast: Warmed the liquid yeast to room temperature.
Log: Brewed on 13 December 2000 and then into the secondary on the 19 Dec 2000.
I will bottle on the 23 December 2000. Since it is a very dark beer
you can skip the secondary fermenter. Drinking now, mid Jan, and it is great.
Tasting: I truely cannot belive how great this beer is. By far better than
store bought porters. Give this a try and let me know.
