Log: | primary feremtation 8 days at 74 degrees. rack to secondary for clarifacation another 6 days at 74 degrees. | |||||||
Carbonation: | in a small sauce pan dissolve 5 ounces of priming sugar with 2 cups of clean water. Boil for 5 minutes. Add to bottling bucket. | |||||||
Tasting: | let bottle condition for at least 21 days. enjoy |
