My first Kolsch recipe, bumped up to 10 gallons. Based on reccomendations from Brews and Views forum members.

Single infusion mash at 151F, recirc for 60 minutes. Mashout at 170F. Fly sparge with 175F water to collect 12 gallons. |

Rehydrated irish moss 10 minutes before flameout. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.) .5 oz. Saaz (aroma) |
