Grain: 5 oz. Acidulated Malt
8 lb. German Pilsner
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2.4 lb. Corn grits
Mash: 70% efficiency
130F for 15 minutes, then 140F for 15 minutes. Add cereal mash to bring up to 152F. Then mashout.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
Hops: .4 oz. Magnum (15% AA, 60 min.)
.2 oz. Saaz (4.0% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WY2024 Danish Lager, WL850 Copenhagen Lager
