The last addition of Hallertauer hops is at 5 minutes before the end
of the boil.
Hops: 25g Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
25g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
25g Saaz (3.75% AA, 50 min.)
18g Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
18g Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
18g Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Any lager/pilsner yeast

This is a slightly less hopped version of an earlier recipe. It seems
a little better balanced, with more malt flavor coming through. I
like this one even better.
