This is a nice summertime refreshing beer!

Type: All grain Size: 10 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Use filtered water
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
3.5 lb. Flaked rice
1 lb. American crystal 10L
Mash: 85% efficiency
Acid rest at 100° for 12 minutes, protein rest at 122° for 20 minutes then conversion at 150° for 30 minutes. Mash out at 168°.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 12.5 gallons
2 lb. Honey
Boil for 90 minutes, add cluster hopps at 60 minutes then at 30 minutes. Add irish moss the last 10 minutes of the boil. Add the aroma hopps the last 5 minutes.
Hops: 1.25 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (aroma)
Yeast: I recommend using a starter and the pilsner yeast # 2007.
