Harvest Wheat
This was a simple attempt to get a wheat beer to enjoy during Indian Summer. I made a similar batch at early Summer, but added 1 lb. wheat malt as well...was very good. Reminded me of the wheat beers I've enjoyed in Germany in Octoberfest.
