Teaching my German neighbor to brew wanted to start easy. This should do it

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: Very hard City water
Grain: 8 oz. American 2-row
8 oz. German Vienna
8 oz. German Munich
2 oz. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steeping the grains for 30 minutes at 160°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.071 4 gallons
7 lb. Wheat extract
irish moss at 15 minutes to go
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (2.99% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: wyeast 3068
Carbonation: 3/4 dme
