Steep: Add steeped grains to cold water in kettle, bring to 160° and hold for 30 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.081 3 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Safbrew WB-06
