Steep: steep grains in cheese cloth bag for 30 minutes at 150°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.107 2.5 gallons
6 lb. 8 oz. Wheat extract
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #3068 - Weihenstephan Weizen
Log: add .5 oz. lemon zest to secondary fermenter
Carbonation: 1 Cup priming sugar
