Whirlfloc tablet added 15 minutes prior to flameout. 1/2 tsp Wyeast yeast nutrient added 5 minutes prior to flameout. | ||||||||
Hops: | .75 oz. Kent Goldings (6.1% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | WLP300, no starter. | |||||||
Log: | Pitched yeast at 74F, set (beer) temperature probe to 68F for duration of fermentation. | |||||||
