Boil Irish Moss & yeast nutrients for 5 mins
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (9.2% AA, 45 min.)
1.5 oz. Mt. Hood (5.2% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: WLP300 Hefeweizen Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
