this is another batch I will be trying this weekend.

steep grains for 1 hr then remove and raise to boil. | ||||||||
Boil: | 30 minutes | SG 1.247 | 1 gallons | |||||
2.5 lb. Cane sugar 24 oz. Honey |

at 30 minutes add in the following: 2 oz of rhubarb (frozen) 1 cup strawberry's 1 1/2 tsp pectin enzyme -------------------------- at 15 minutes add the following: 1 TBLS Irish Moss Saaz Hops Tettnang Hops |

Hops: | 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma) |

Yeast: | 1 packet lager yeast 1 packet champagne yeast |

Log: | add in 10 cups rhubarb (chopped to 1/2" cubes) add in 3/4 qt frozen strawberries add the items listed above in the fermentation bucket. |

Carbonation: | will attempt 1/2 with coopers carb. drops other half in 2 batches: 1) with 1/2 cup honey mixed into 2 cups hot water 2) with 1/2 cup corn sugar into 2 cups hot water |
