Magnificently Mild

This Mild Ale goes down very smooth. I was suprised at
how much flavor and mouth feel this beer has considering the OG.

31 HCU (~16 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.032 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 2.9% v/v (2.3% w/w)
Grain: 5 lb. British pale
8 oz. American crystal 40L
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2 oz. American black patent
2 oz. British chocolate
4 oz. Torrified Wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Single Infusion Mash at 156 ° for 1 hr.
Sparge with 170 ° until 4 gals collected.
Top up boiler to 6 gals.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.027 6 gallons
1 tsp. of Irish Moss added with 20 Mins. of boil remaining.
Hops: .66 oz. Willamette (6% AA, 60 min.)
.33 oz. Willamette (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale.
