This recipe is from some research I did on Milds, This is basically the recipe for Highgate Mild.
I love these chocolately smooth beers.

I dont usually add Irish Moss, but this time I did for 10mins | ||||||||
Hops: | 15g Fuggles (5.6% AA, 60 min.) 10g Fuggles (5.6% AA, 30 min.) |

Log: | 10 days primary 2 weeks primary |

Carbonation: | 1 tsp of cane sugar per 745ml bottle | |||||||
Tasting: | A nice chocolatey smooth beer, well balanced and a good colour. This is a nice recipe and so simple to brew. |
