60 minutes at 156° F. I use a minimal sparge and stop collecting wort early, hence the low efficiency. | ||||||||
Boil: | 75 minutes | SG 1.033 | 6.5 gallons | |||||
Irish Moss added at T-15 minutes. Up to a half pound of sugar can be used if desired gravity is not reached. Note the short boil and 5.5 gallon batch size. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Goldings (4.9% AA, 60 min.) 0.5 oz. Goldings (4.9% AA, 15 min.) |

Carbonation: | Low carbonation. Preferable to keg- or cask-condition this beer, and serve through a sparkler Northern-style. |
