155*F for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.031 7.5 gallons
Whirfloc tab at 15 minutes, nutrients added at 10 minutes.
Hops: .25 oz. Warrior (17.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 20 min.)
.75 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 0 min.)
Yeast: Recultured WLP004, Irish Ale Yeast.
