Log: | The 2 oz of Fuggles aroma are dryhopped in the secondary for seven days.
Carbonation: | Force carbonated in the keg to about 2.0-2.5 volumes - I prefer the beer with lower carbonation.
Tasting: | Best served at cellar temperature - at colder temps, the hop aroma was somewhat suppressed. Next time, I might brew a lower-alcohol version that I can enjoy in larger quanities (meta-style be damned). |
