Tasting: | Came out as one of my better beers, though of course this depends on your tastes. Was ready to drink after 10 days in bottle. Has a very nice, lightly sweet flavor, a medium-amount of hop aroma, and was only slightly bitter. I know I reversed the hops, but was an experiment. Came out very nice! Hop-heads; add more hops! (duh) Try +1oz. first. |
