mash in at 140 for 10 mins then raze to 153-156 for 60-90 mins sparge with 180 degree water |

Log: | ferment at ale temp 10 days transfer to secondary 10 days with dry hops for 5 days try 3/4 oz armarillo pellets or cascade both very nice bottle with 3/4 cup dry light malt DRINK |
