14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: filterd water
Grain: 1/2 lb. caramunich
1/2 lb. chocolate
Steep: cut pumpkins into 1" by 1" cubes place in minimum 2.5 gallons cold water along with crushed grains slowly bring to 155 deg., hold for 20 min discard grain and pumpkin
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.078 3 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Irish moss and pumpkin pie spice
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: 1 white labs american blend yeast vile
Log: ferment at 65-70 bottle after two weeks and let age for a month
Carbonation: I used two coppers carbination drops per 120z bottel and four per 40 oz bottel
Tasting: very good tasting beer try it
