Yeast: | Edme Dry Ale Yeast rehdry. 15 minutes prior to pitching in 1 pint of 80° preboilied water. |

Log: | Dry hopped 1 oz. of Fuggle hops in seconday fermenter for 1 week. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Next time I will use liquid yeast. Maybe Wyeast #1272 (American II) or White Labs #WLP008 (East Coast Ale). Otherwise this is a great beer. |
