Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)

Log: Brewed 3/6/10, OG 1.067 pitched @ 68°. Lagged 24 hrs before onset of fermintaion.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.00 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 70°F
Pitch 25ml bottle of Hazelnut flavoring with corn sugar.
