154 deg / 1 hour / 180 deg strike / 3.5 gallon 168 MO / 25 minutes / (cereal mash) 2 gallon Cereal mash: add to 2 gallons water the oats, fresh wheat, and 1# of the 2 row. Slowly (1 hour) bring to a boil, then add to Mashout. |
