For all those nurses out there who need a good stout after "grunting" all day moving those patients....

132 HCU (~42 SRM)
Bitterness: 40 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: none
Grain: 5 lb. 0 oz. British pale(maris otter)
5 lb. 0 oz. British Pilsner(gold promise)
0 lb. 12 oz. American victory
1 lb. 0 oz. Belgian Special B
0 lb. 5 oz. American chocolate(pale)
0 lb. 8 oz. American black patent(debitterized)
0 lb. 3 oz. British black patent
2 lb. 0 oz. Flaked oats
1 lb. 0 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
154 deg / 1 hour / 180 deg strike / 3.5 gallon
168 MO / 25 minutes / (cereal mash) 2 gallon

Cereal mash: add to 2 gallons water the oats, fresh wheat, and 1# of the 2 row. Slowly (1 hour) bring to a boil, then add to Mashout.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 7 gallons
IM at 5minutes
Hops: 3 oz. Fuggles (3.9% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Safbrew T-58 , rehydrated in cooled wort
Log: Ferment at 70. Added 1 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp english toffee (w/ 1 cup boiling water) to secondary
Carbonation: 0.5 volumes
Low pressure and slightly warmed.....
Tasting: Haven't tasted yet
