4 oz. Honey
2 lb. Maple syrup
Hops: 1 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 14g Yeast lab European Dry Yeast
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 27.4 psi @ 65°F
Tasting: Very good and strong!Shold have let it lager for a month or so.
