Mash: | 75% efficiency | |||||||
Infusion 152 degrees for 60 minutes, mash out 168 degrees for 15 minutes | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.050 | 4 gallons | |||||
15 minute pre-boil then add whole hops using the following schedule | ||||||||
Hops: | .6 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) .4 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.) .4 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | White Labs Dry English Ale (007). I am using this because I will recapture some for use in my next batch of Kosmo IPA (which you really should try if you like big IPAs) |
