Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.054 18 liters
425g Honey
Heather flowers 250g @ start of boil & 125g @ end.
Sweet gale leaf 35g @ start of boil & 15g @ end.
Hops:
Yeast: Meantime Porter cultured from bottle.
Log: 28th August 2006, dropped after 1 day, kegged after 8 days, bottled 2 weeks later.
Tasting: Pleasently acid to the tongue, slight heather aroma, refreshing take on old Yorkshire style.
