Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Water: Melbourne AU tap water is ok (by the time it has heated the mash for 2 hoursand is boiled).
Grain: 1kg pale 2-row
2kg Wheat malt
125g cara wheat malt
250g cara hell malt
125g cara munich malt
2kg 250g wheat malt light
Mash: 80% efficiency
step infusion mash strike water temp 142°f (133°f 40 mins) (155°f 100 mins)

Boil: minutes SG 1.048 30 liters
boil down to 23 litres
Hops: 20g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
20g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
5g Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: wiestephenen wiezen yeast (wyeast 3068)
Log: ferment between 23-24 celcius and rack off as krausen drops back in.
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 488g for 23 liters @ 17°C

I bulk prime using dextrose 230g
