american ale
This is a beer from a recipe that my local homebrew store sells. The title it as similar to Sam Adams Boston Lager, but with Ale yeast.

Tasting: | The Nottingham had quite an affect that I was not anticipating. The beer tastes more like a Belgian ale - spicy. Good, but not the style I was aiming for - nothing like the Sam Adams that the homebrew store mentioned. |
