Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Bottled water with lactic acid (ph 5.5) for steeping and 1 tbs of gypsum
Grain: 0.3kg Flaked wheat
Steep: Steep grain for 30 min in 2 liter of water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.084 14 liters
1.2kg Light malt extract
2.5kg Wheat extract
NO IRISH MOSS!
at 15 min to end add bitter orange peel (15 gr. dried)
Hops: 50g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Wit
Carbonation: 3.0 volumes Honey: 224g for 23 liters @ 20°C
