Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. German Munich
.5 lb. American crystal 120L
.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Steep: Steeped cracked grains at 152° for 30 min. Remove grain and add DME, bring to a boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.102 3 gallons
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
6 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.3% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Yeast was Fermentis Safbrew WB-06, sprinkled directly on top of the cooled and aerated wort. Fermentation was evedent in about an hour.
