MAPLE PORTER
This beer is a great strong porter, but on the palate, the last thing you taste is the maple, very nice smooth beer, have fun with it! cheers!!

Hops: | 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | british whitbread (make a yeast starter) | |||||||
Log: | for me it took the beer about 2 months to fully carbonate beautifull head | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar | |||||||
Tasting: | i wouldnt change this beer at all, the maple flavor is dilicious, very pleasing on the palate,the roasted malts give it that dark beer taste, off setting the maltiness and the sweetness of the maple |
