Day Before Payday Pale
You know what it's like. You saved some yeast from your last batch, you've got some leftover hops in the fridge, and $10.00 in your pocket. We do what we have to.
My O.G. was 1.050 so I must be getting a better extraction rate than I thought.

Log: | I brewed this on 3/27/99. The temprature avraged around 72 degrees. I think I'm gonna dry hop, but who knows. | |||||||
Carbonation: | I use honey, about 3/4 cup. |
