Bitterness: 52 IBU
OG: 1.035 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 3.5% v/v (2.8% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. White Wheat Malt
4 oz. Victory Malt
8 oz. British Crystal Malt (75L)
Steep: Steep grains for 30 minutes @ 160° F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 3 gallons
3.5 lb. Telford's Scottish Ultra Light Malt Extract
1 lb. Extra Light Dry Malt Extract
4 oz. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Irish Moss (15 minutes)
1/4 tsp Yeast Nutrient (15 minutes)
Hops: 2 oz. Challenger (6.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.4% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1275 (Thames Valley) w/1 qt. starter
Carbonation: 1/2 cup Corn Sugar
Tasting: Very nice session beer. A little to hoppy for the style but thats the
way I like it.
